My Avatar is Turning 18 years old

My avatar at Habbo turns 18 years old next week. I come of age. YIPPEE!!!!!!!!

I now wear a tweed suit and have glasses and some grey hair. I might be one of the oldest avatars in the Metaverse. The feature image is of me, TallSkinnyKiwi, Chancellor of Suddenly Seminary (2004) checking out the new K-Town in Habbo last week.

Habbo has been through a lot of changes in adapting to Web3 and blockchain. Macromedia Shockwave and Flash became obsolete and gave way to the Unity engine. HabboX opens up later this year which will be fully Web3. I can already buy digital furniture using Crypto with my Metamask wallet. And I can mint digital assets as NFTs. The downside of this is that the new hotel HabboX will be limited to 18 years and above so I am thinking of just staying where I am and having a space for teens. My kids were only 9 and 11 when they helped me build and run Suddenly Seminary and I would like to keep it as a place for young people.

But the biggest change is not that I am of legal age but rather than I can now move in and out of other metaverses. Habbo collaborated recently with Arker: The legend of Ohm and just now with CyberKongz. More and more metaverses will open up soon so my avatar will be able to go an annoy more people.

Habbo is relatively small compared to Roblox and Minecraft and Fortnite but is classic and the one I chose in 2004 to build a spiritual center of teaching and worship. I plan to stick with it and see what exporting Suddenly Seminary into other metaverses will look like.
