Glasgow – saw Spiderman 3 in Glasgow

Here is Samuel, my son in whom i am well pleased. He was foolish enough to come along with me on this trip.

Saminglasgow

We were in Glasgow yesterday and the highlight was connecting with Brodie McGregor who seems to know a whole lot about what is going on around Glasgow and beyond. We also saw Spiderman 3 – which btw is an excellent movie with strong themes of reconciliation, forgiveness as well as cool graphics on the intro.

Andrew

Andrew Jones launched his first internet space in 1997 and has been teaching on related issues for the past 20 years. He travels all the time but lives between Wellington, San Francisco and a hobbit home in Prague.

    Great photo – he’s a handsome guy 🙂
I liked those themes in Spiderman 3 also – although I also thought it had too many bad guys and the plot was meandering and inconsistent: sometimes sluggish, at other times it jumped leaving out what would have been interesting connecting material.
I liked a theme in Shrek the Third as I mentioned on my blog yesterday

Woe! Samuel has grown up nicely-I had him frozen as like a 7 year old. Landon, my oldest is 15 and 6’4″ and for his birthday present we went to UBC Waco and he got to hang out with David Crowder, who is one of his favorite artists. I really have enjoyed reading your blog everyday (my “tentmaking” is tutoring algebra at a high school)and will miss it when I start my summer job measuring home foundations. Be blessed, JB

Andrew – thanks for the tea. Was good to catch up with you. Hope everything went ok at the DVLA and that Sammuel was not too bored by our conversation.
