I just agreed to teach at a weekend training event called ReSource. Jan 20-22, 2006 in Sheffield, UK. It will be for those who are starting up or leading new expressions of church. 
This is connected with the Resource event I taught at a few months ago at The Custard Factory in Birmingham, along with Roger Ellis and Jonny Baker and others. We will pick up from what I was teaching there (Luke 10, Yeast of Kingdom, bud emergence) and move further into the missional heart of God.

looking to host a party in waynesboro virginia. my invitation list is going to include linda bergquist. i would also love to invite my friend mark and lisa skandrette. and, of course, your family. what must one do to host such a party? call it a conference? righto????? then i could feasibly perhaps get you all to come. and then i could figure out how to fund it too.

i have the space. i have the invitation list (though it coul be expanded). i have the agenda. i just need to figure out a way to get the people here. (all people that i have shared life with previously.

the reason that you are on my invite schedule is, though you maybe don’t know it, you all were the folks who worked at page street right before i moved there….i left 3 years ago, but am intimately connected to your family b/c i know your people. and linda has told me the stories.(she also told me that if i ever met debbie she would get jealous b/c i would like debbie just as much as i like her…upon reading debbie’s blog i

i didnt realize the san francisco connection.
we dont have another furlough scheduled – last one took over 5 years and it was a struggle to pay for that one.
i would be thinking about parasiting on another event where people will be anyway – festivals are good for that if you dont have a budget. thats usually what we do, anyway.
i like your choice of friends – linda is amazing and always challenges me, and really needs to get out more to be heard.

let me know what you come up with. i think i will be in USA once or twice next year but will not be adding any more meetings to it.
