Yeah baby . . . uh huh! We got our visas for UK. Yeeeeeeaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!! We are all very excited. It happened in one day although Debbie has been chasing down documents for about 3 months to make this work.
Thanks everyone for praying for us. Because my granddad was born in Wales, we succeeded in getting a UK ancestral visa which allows us to stay in Scotland or England for 4 years. This means we dont have to leave the country every 6 months which is time consuming and expensive, despite being a good excuse to stock up on French groceries.
It cost us about US$1100. All that money for a few stamps and they didnt even throw in a bar of Cadbury’s Fruit and Nut chocolate . . . oh well.
Excellent! We know the visa challenges all too well, so we celebrate with you.
Peace,
Jamie
beauty! way to play the lineage card.

Congrats! That’s awesome. I know you don’t have to come back every six months now, but you’ll still come visit us here in the states, right? 😀

Congratulations – we know what a task it is to get those little stamps and the good feeling of having them in the passports.
Congrats and God bless your ministry. I hope you can swing through Baytown before you fly out of Houston.
Don’t know who you are but come to Brighton, you will not regret it, best city in the country for fun, freedom and multiculturalism.
Make sure you have our national dish. (Go to a Curry House and have a Chicken Vindaloo and a pint of lager, you can’t get them like this anywhere else, even the Indians don’t eat it).
Do not be tempted to eat “Fish&Chips”.
p.s. bring warm underwear.
