Germany: At Nurnberg

We are being towed to the Land Rover dealership at Nurnberg – hopefully they will have the parts and be able to fix us up.

This means we will NOT be in Berlin or Amsterdam – sorry. and it may take us a few days to get to London.

Debbie is leaving today on a train to catch her flight from London to Mexico. I get to be the mother and father and am a little scared of so much responsibility while on the road.

Hope to get back home soon.  We may be here for a few days.

you helped us out the last time we had a major breakdown in europe – we will let other people be blessed with our presence on this occasion – but i appreciate the offer.
of course we are thinking of you all the time as we go through another breakdown experience – thanks for helping us in the past!!!!

  • Your lone dad comment brought alot of feelings to the surface for me. of course it was you, andrew and debbie who rescued me late last year in london when i was there with 5 of my six kids while janelle, my wife had to go home to australia to be with her sick mum. i experienced a whole new level of hospitality and generosity from you both…facing travel alone was a little scary but expect an extra measure of grace and remember that breakdowns are like distractions- they turn out to be the main game!
