We are being towed to the Land Rover dealership at Nurnberg – hopefully they will have the parts and be able to fix us up.
This means we will NOT be in Berlin or Amsterdam – sorry. and it may take us a few days to get to London.
Debbie is leaving today on a train to catch her flight from London to Mexico. I get to be the mother and father and am a little scared of so much responsibility while on the road.
Hope to get back home soon. We may be here for a few days.

Your lone dad comment brought alot of feelings to the surface for me. of course it was you, andrew and debbie who rescued me late last year in london when i was there with 5 of my six kids while janelle, my wife had to go home to australia to be with her sick mum. i experienced a whole new level of hospitality and generosity from you both…facing travel alone was a little scary but expect an extra measure of grace and remember that breakdowns are like distractions- they turn out to be the main game!
