blogging from iPod touch

Just testing out my new iblogger application for my iPod touch.
Yes, I finally splashed out and bought an iPod, after all these years of not justifying the expense of a glorified music player. iPhone was out of my budget but the iPod touch graduated from a music player to something far more useful and so I got one. One of the biggest draws was language learning wis do much more convenient than my computer.
Anyway, nice to blog from this thing. Hello future!

Mobile Blogging from here.

  • Well done mate, I finally got mine last week. Still checking it out, but these things are really amazing..

  • I got mine on the 23rd November, the day after Window7 was released. I sent it back yesterday – I just couldnt get on with it.
I tried to understand why people would make a switch to an Apple product – I needed a new mp3 player, and thought, as the ads said, if I’m gonna upgrade, why not switch to an Apple, but just was ultimately unimpressed with it, or more to the point, frustrated with it.
The bluetooth does actually bluetooth files.
The calendars didnt actually sync with google
the mail kept dropping my password
    i couldnt drag and drop
i could only run one app at a time (apart from the music player)
I had to recharge it once or twice a day.
Ultimately, I found that it didn’t “just work”.
But thats just my experience… welcome to the future indeed!

They’re cool little gizmos. You’ love it. I’ve never had any of Andy’s issues: mine syncs with gCal fine using free nuevasync, and mail works like a charm.
How do you like iblogger? You got me hooked on Ecto years ago. Did you try out Typepad’s free iPhone/iTouch app?

No but I like iblogger and I think it’s from the same people as ecto. Isn’t it?
