Yeah – this one looks legit – Jonny doesn’t strike me as the type to invest this much time in creating fake webpages. As noted on Jonny’s blog, if Kester (esp. if there’s help from Pete) started posting stuff on 4-1, then I’d know something’s up. Meeting Jonny tomorrow to chill for a bit in the Wall Street area. Try to imagine the two of us hanging around this mecca of commerce. Weird.

Oops – meeting Jonny Thursday. My bad.

please give Jonny a hard time for me and make him pay for the coffee.

If Jonny is on Trinity’s dime, he’s paying. If not, we’ll go dutch. Depending on how much time he has, I offered to give him a tour of the Seaport, Ground Zero, the anatomically correct Wall Street bull statue, and whatever else interests him.

Def. legit, it’s been being discussed for some time… had a chat with my Bishop about it this afternoon

says something that people think it might be an April fool – not least how little people know about the Church of England and the Anglican missional tradition

Well speaking for Andrew and moi – know about the CoE – we also know Jonny. But as I said, a joke of this magnitude would require someone like Kester to pull it off.
