Stones Rocks and Mountains

I preached this morning at the local Baptist church on stones, rocks and mountains – Peter the rock, Transfiguration, the demon possessed boy and how that relates to the new community of God. We had to go through Exodus, Numbers, Deuteronomy and Hosea to get there [the people were very patient] and we ended up in 1 Peter looking at the new temple of God and ourselves as living stones. Whhhooooohh! Didnt have time to go to Daniel 2 to read about the stone that became a mountain that moved but hey – another day!
