Organic Community, by Joseph Myers

Book Review – Organic Community: Creating a Place where People Naturally Connect, by Joseph R. Myers.

A lot of people REALLY love this book. It comes at community from a very personal and relational angle rather than strategic or theological. Although there is structure here for implementing organic community. Joseph is a nice guy – I have met him once or twice. He obviously loves people and is able to bring this dimension into his challenge for healthy, vibrant, real churches for real people. I cant say that I LOVE his book. I have been nibbling on it for a while and although I like it, it hasn’t fully embraced me and ravished me yet. But there is still time.
