HI,
My name used to be George. Now, it is Amy. Derek Chapman was one of my best friends through the 90s. In early 1998 he told me, “I feel the countenance of God ready to pour all over you. It’s about sky.” That spring, his words manifested. A short version of the experience is recounted in “The Stooge” link of my website. What happened to me was such an overwhelmingly blind-to-seeing experience that it made me a little nutty. I upset Derek’s housemates by singing, making jokes while they were trying to watch a movie, and going into one of their rooms in the middle of the night (because I was terrified). On top of this they thought I thought I was Jesus, but I didn’t. I was managing myself as best I could. Derek was out of town when all this happened. When he returned his housemates defamed me, and Derek effectively ended our friendship. However, if he had not accompanied me on the journey I was undertaking, and had not let me stay for a time in his room, I couldn’t have made it.
At any rate, that spring permanently changed me into an essentially 21st century-and-beyond Christian person. “The Stooge” is the story of my conversion. Also, in my website, the link called “God and the Snake” has a bunch to offer about the Creation of man and woman. Also, Christian references may be found in the “Aphorisms” link, and there are sweet poems and prayers in the “Poems” link.
Derek is the main reason I am posting this because I would like to ask anyone who knows him or sees him to tell him Amy, formerly known as George, says HI.
