No phone signal at our house so I am depending on my cell. Thank you Czech Republic. Life is more complicated here – nothing is easy, everything is a struggle. I am blogging from the WiFi signal that covers a park up the road from our house. At least its free!
Hey bud…you think it’s frustrating in the Czech Republic…try living in the Banana Republic (aka, Nicaragua). Here things rise to new levels of bungling complexity on a daily basis. We’ve been waiting for our (land based line) telephone to be installed since September! But these things only stretch us into better people, right? Or else they morph us into caricatures of the frustrated expatriate. Perhaps I am a bit of both.
Meanwhile, I’m having to rely on the landline becasue MY T68i doesn’t want to get on any GSM network.
are you in Nicaragua greg millsaps? I’m from Nicaragua and now pastor in Long Beach, CA. Would love to serve you in any way I can…
Hi David! Yes, I am in Masatepe. In re-reading my above post it seems to me a bit derogatory towards Nicaragua. I didn’t mean it that way…so I hope I didn’t offend!
Anyhoo…I’ll try an get an email out to you ASAP. I’m sure that skinnykiwi would appreciate us not using this space for our own little gathering! Well, actually he probably wouldn’t mind at all…he seems distracted by the whole Colson thing right now 🙂
