Playstation in the Jones House

Well, I finally splurged and bought a used PS2. There was some Christmas money given to us, and some birthday money that was on hold until we were on our feet again in London. And then we found this Silver Edition PS2 at Cash Converters for 95 pounds. And now we have a Playstation.
We have The Matrix game but i haven’t had the chance to play it yet. The kids are really happy with it. Its a good substitute for TV – we aren’t getting television. We don’t have cable or satellite, and our TV doesn’t pick up British television.

My wife and I have been married for about 2 years and we’ve yet to get television. It’s wonderful to have so much time to read and do other activities. Plus, we can always watch a DVD on the Powerbook if we want to!
