FutureChurch NZ has been going for ages, as a project of the Women’s Resource Centre in Auckland, through a contract funded from the Methodist Church. Although the Methodists are pulling out, the site will continue under the leadership of Emergent Kiwis Steve and Lynn Taylor.

Lynne and I do these ventures under a non-profit trust called “angelwings.” the methodist magazine had a great headline to announce this shift;
“future church floats on angel wings.”
our hope is to make the future church site more interactive via a blog, plus a forum dedicated to nz issues, as part of our processing of some contextual post-colonial theology. all I need is some time.
