Here is looking out our bedroom window from our new house up above the post office. You can see the ferry and the Pier Arts Centre getting rebuilt (left) which was originally built by my great-great-great grandfather, Edward Clouston.

    I think it’s pretty neat that God has led you to a place your ancestor had a part of building. I don’t remember you ever having told us about that.

    hi dana
    my relatives on my mum’s side have been here about 900 years. part of the original castle/house (1150’s) is still standing a few miles from here.

    I was going to say that it looks like a European neighborhood but then I noticed that you do in fact live in the UK, so I decided against it. It is a quite splendid view, though.
