We are moving out of our rental house this weekend. Let me tell ya . . . BUSY BUSY BUSY . . .. boxes. bags. trips to the dump. This will be move number 16 in the last 10 years and it doesn’t get any easier.
We found an apartment to move into when we return in a month – its a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on top of a restaurant in the town of Stromness. It will be a good place to winter while we wait for something more permanent to turn up. Thankfully, they are letting us store a few things there while we are traveling. And we have stored my many books at a farm close by.
Anyway . . . back to work.

I think i must have missed something, but why are you moving? Adele
ok – the house is a year to year lease and we are hoping to jump on something more suitable for ministry when it appears. Cant do that with a years lease.
It is also too expensive and the US dollar is weak against the pound. It was the only house available when we came here – now there are some winter options.
We also have no freedom – cannot paint, host people long term, etc
