This is a smaller image of something i am working on for a series of conferences i will be teaching at in Germany and Switzerland. I posted some earlier thoughts here on the subject of unpredictablity in a chaotic system, and an appropriate response.
Snippet: A network with many weak links is stronger than a network with a few strong links. Multiple nodes enable greater communication which enables faster emergence. Predicting which will new projects will survive or succeed is almost impossible in our present chaotic world, but planting many seeds and allowing multiple projects is a good place to start.
What does it say about a system that resists experimentation? Is it doomed to de-emerge? O boy, I don’t think de-emerge is a word….
